We collect the following information:

• Telegram user data: Your Telegram user ID and username, provided automatically when you access the app via Telegram.
• Purchase data: Transaction details processed by Paddle, including payment confirmation and pixel coordinates purchased.
• Uploaded content: Images or GIFs you upload to display on your purchased pixels.
• TON wallet address: If you choose to connect a TON wallet for payments.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and verify your pixel purchases
• To display your content on the canvas
• To associate pixels with their owners
• To prevent fraud and abuse

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com. We do not store your credit card information. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data. TON blockchain payments are processed on-chain and are publicly visible by nature of the blockchain.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Paddle – for payment processing
• Amazon S3 / compatible storage – for storing uploaded images
• Law enforcement if required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your pixel ownership is active. Uploaded images are stored until you remove them or your pixel content is deleted.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Note that pixel ownership records tied to blockchain transactions cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

7. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Paddle may set cookies for payment processing purposes.
