Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on MillionPixel.

1. General Policy

All pixel purchases on MillionPixel are generally final and non-refundable. Once a pixel is purchased and ownership is recorded, the transaction is considered complete.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but did not receive pixel ownership due to a technical error on our end.
• Duplicate charges for the same pixel.
• Your purchase was made within 14 days and the pixel has not yet been used (no image uploaded).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at muzlyanapp@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your transaction ID and the pixel coordinates in your request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Paddle.

5. TON Payments

Payments made via TON cryptocurrency are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
