Welcome to MillionPixel ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MillionPixel is an interactive canvas consisting of 1,000,000 pixels. Users may purchase individual pixels for $1.00 (USD) each and display an image or GIF on their purchased pixel.
All purchases are processed securely via Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Each pixel purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display content on that pixel on our canvas.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload to your pixel. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice or refund.
The price per pixel is $1.00 USD. All prices are as listed in our catalog. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the MillionPixel canvas.
MillionPixel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
